What a surprise .....

...... to see a Heron on our local pond!! It's so near a main road , I think it's lovely as people go to the shops to see this site.
I've done my usual 45minutes in the pool today, shopped, been to the post office and planted a few bits, in between I've had the well earned cuppa! Just the watering to do now .

Happy ..... that my hands are not quite so painful today, hope I'm not speaking too soon??

Apparently the Heron is a youngster !!
