Fairburn Ings

Sis and I are having my cousins wee boy for a couple of days - well I'm hosting and she's doing the stint after work :-)

Today he and I went to Fairburn Ings for the day. We took our cameras and he remembered to take his Binoculars (I left mine on the table!)  and had a fabulous day exploring. certainly got my 10,000 steps in and it was bloody hot but all in all a fab day. C is like a sponge,he is so keen and takes everything in. Have told his mum that he is awesome and I want to keep him :-) Even if he does talk the hind leg off a donkey :-)

This wee mouse was taking advantage of the seeds dropping from the bird feeders.
