Early Blue Mountains

The Blue Mountains first became a serious tourist attraction back in the Edwardian period of the last century. Foremost among its promoters was a photographer named Harry Philips who produced hundreds of monochrome postcard designs from his pictures. Sometimes I feel like "doing a Harry" and rendering a scene in a slightly sepia shade of mono just like Mr Philips might have done all those years ago.

There's a saying in my country .. "flat out like a lizard drinking". It means that someone has had far too much to do in too short a time. Well that describes life for me over the last  few days. I am only now getting around to posting yesterday's blip. Sorry.
