Mr. Blueberry Sparkle

Who's that hiding behind those green grasses, waiting for his next snack? Who IS that blue gentleman with the fancy silver sparkles on his wings?

His official name is male spangled skimmer, or Libellula cyanea, but for some reason, I want to call him Mr. Blueberry Sparkle. :-)
