A lovely sunrise
I was up quite early so I was able to watch the sunrise although at the moment it's slightly to far to the left and hidden by the trees to get a really view. The sky did change colour and this is the view across the Firth.
Great news as Kesslet one of our local Bottle nosed dolphins has given birth in the last week. We 'retaking Brownies to the Point in the next few weeks to work on an Ocean Challenge badge and a special dolphin badge created by a group in Powys so looking forward to doing those and would nt it be great if Kesslet and the calf swam by.
was busy organising 'Brownie bits and pieces' and slightly concerned that it might rain or blow a gale but we were so lucky and in fact it was really warm. We met in the Park and had an Olympic special having a go at Hockey and taking part in a Hula Hoop Challenge. Our young leaders were brilliant at thinking up questions for the girls. Our Giant game of noughts and crosses got quite competitive especially by the older girls. So funny to watch them. We had four new Brownies and they all seemed to settle well . We've just got to remember their names and get them right lol.
