Our final Olympic day

So, today was our last Olympic event, and the first in the Olympic Park. It was ladies hockey and it was great :)

GB weren't playing but the first match was China and Japan and was really exciting. We weren't sure who to support but when they showed the group table it was clear that we HAD to support Japan. Basically, if China won then GB HAD to at least draw to make it into the semis. So pretty much the whole arena was cheering for Japan. Totally bizzare experience!

They won - 1-0 - so GB are in the semi-finals :D

After the matches we wandered around the park and thankfully, apart from about 10 mins in the second match, the weather stayed dry. I actually ended up very sunburnt.

Have really got into the Olympics, which has surprised me.
