Keeping close by the flax

A lot of balancing needs, responsibilities, unavoidable processes, clinical needs, legal pressures, and in the end I had to leave early to get the boys from school as Dear S was laid completely out by a severe migraine; the fifth day in a row, and the worst for a long time. The last of the urgent clinical needs was dealt with by remote control. My registrar saw the patient and then rang and discussed her findings and recommendations with me. A good learning experience, and I know that she "gets it" when she listens to a patient (not all do), so I can depend on what she tells me.

After sorting out the boys and they went home with their mother, and helping S to feel a bit better, I went to Western Springs Lake with the camera for a quick visit. This was the first photo I took. And the best reflections. The light was just right for great reflections.
