Farewell Olde Boote sign
While walking down the village today I spotted a cherry picker in the local pub car park. These two men provided a good blipportunity by taking down the pub sign. It took a lot of hammering out and looked heavy to lift.
The Olde Boote Inn is a 16th century coaching inn and legend says that it's the place where Dick Whittington and his cat set off for London.
I didn't wait to see the new sign, I'll have a look tomorrow and probably blip it one of these days.
