Harvest

Over to Glasgow for board meeting-managed to make some useful comments I think-then home, packed the car, and set off north. Stopped at House of Bruar for tea and shortbread and a brief browse of the sales.
Quite cloudy but every now and then the sun burst through and some lovely views around the Black Isle. Good to see the combine harvester working in the fields and the round bales of straw lining up.
Arrived in Dornoch and found the B&B then had a walk into the village-rather lovely-and ended up having fish and chips at a little place on the 'retail park', Glamourous!
