Emporia, Malmö

We had picked up a tourist brochure about Malmö, and in it was a picture of the Bridge taken at a shopping mall. It sounds inauspicious, but we made the detour anyway. Without a decent map we took a slightly circuitous route but eventually parked near Emporia. What an amazing place, such interesting architecture and a great view from the roof as well. The blip is the blue entrance with a slightly odd coloured piece of art outside and the extra is off the windows above the brown entrance. Inside is a green atrium and a blue atrium, oh and there must be some shops in there too, although I didn’t notice any of them. If only the re-development of the St James Centre was that imaginative. We then drove through Denmark and camped at Lübeck, so we could explore the World Heritage city in the morning.
