A Mess of Things

They tore down a beloved old building here in St Johns to be replaced by one with far more apartments than parking spaces. As familiar complaint in Portland these days. But, not only that, the street is being reconfigured to make room for the building while making the route into downtown St Johns less inviting. While the construction is going on, it's a big mess.
