Sunshine on Leith

My first ever attempt at cooking Moroccan quisine, Chicken Tangine with Ras-El Hanout spice, apricots figs and cinammon sticks. Yohgurt Dill and cucumber, spice cous cous, and Basmati coconut lime corriander rice.

It was amazing and tasty, my partner was so surprised on return from work.
