Ever-Bearing Raspberries

My second crop is coming on and the berry patch is
hard to navigate with a tangle of briars.  Can any of
you tell me if one should prune those branches that
have already bloomed or will they produce fruit again?

Red raspberries are yummy, but so fragile!
