Abstract rose

I had offered to drive a friend to hospital for an early morning (7.45) appointment, which meant leaving the house an hour before that, so I'll be having an early night tonight.

All went well with her 'procedure' and I got a call to say she'd been given the green light to be collected by 2.30. I must say the early morning drive and parking was much easier than the afternoon one!

I was given a bunch of exquisite roses as a thank-you and decided to use one of them for today's abstract after a bit of faffing on Picasa.
