A bit of a classic Wellington picture postcard blip, this one - took a few others on our Sunday wander round the Karori Wildlife Sanctuary (which was the world's first urban wildlife sanctuary when it opened in 1995) but there were a bit pants. Anytime any interesting birds fluttered in and landed somewhere handy, they flew away just as I got the shot into focus. Lessons required from Bill Oddie methinks.
It has been another fairly warm and sunny weekend and pretty still too so good for getting outdoors, The exception was Friday afternoon when our Big Boss hosted the whole office (all 12 of us!) at his townhouse for a barby - it rained most of the time. Luckily he has a great living room and we just got hammered in there instead - great night and I managed not to insult the boss's other half which makes a change.
And today, we had an office family event in Cog Park in Evans Bay with all the partners and kids - a great time was had by all.
Hope everyone else had / is having a good weekend....
