Lindley Wood reservoir

To the North of Otley lies Lindley Wood reservoir. This is a scenic area and good for walking. Usually the reservoir is fairly full, but not so at the moment. It looks like it has been almost empty for some time as the exposed earth has acquired a greenish covering.
I wonder where it all went, considering that earlier in the year everywhere was flooded and the reservoirs were all completely full....
