A blast from the past

Two appointments for my husband today, which required waiting, asking questions and going back and forth. After the afternoon appointment, we both felt like a cup of tea (it was a bit early for anything else!!) and sat outside in a courtyard.
This sign was the original grocer's, long before it was turned into a coffee shop. I remember coming to it as a teenager with my mother.
Two short pieces are missing - not hard to see where!
A cup of tea and a piece of bakewell slice can be very restorative!
