Morning obstacle

They're digging up part of my route to work. This morning I witnessed a classic scene of one man controlling the digger and half a dozen others standing around (apparently) idle.

My day at work involved helping others deal with the fall-out of last week's date discussions, another research student supervision, planning a couple of events at the end of November, and writing an application. Then I came home and made a cheesecake for a dinner party that Mr hazelh and I are hosting tomorrow evening.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches, walk to work and back (16,989 steps) Xi.
