Keep Dancing!

Our dance artist today Lucy May took us through an amazing piece of choreography today.
 
   
Within an hour we went from simple movements to a full-blown routine, albeit a short one, from the musical Les Miserable!

We surprised ourselves. How did she achieve this? It proves that anyone whatever their age, can with a sympathetic dance artist do contemporary dance.
 
Age is no barrier.  We have several octogenarians in our Keep Danicing older dance class at rhe Macrobert Arts centre.
