Nepalis or Bhutanese?

They were shuffling slowly single file down the sidewalk with about 10 feet between each of them.  The leader (on the left) gave me a hands together namaste greeting when he saw my camera coming.  None seemed to know any English but in response to my eloquent "smile and point" communication skills, they happily lined up in somber South Asian style.
