Corgarff Castle

A trip to the Highlands today. The weather provided a fair sprinkling of rain, never very heavy, but enough to keep the roads quite wet. On the way towards Aviemore I stopped off to take this photograph of Corgarff Castle during a break in the showers.. It is similar to one I took a few months ago. A slightly different view This time as I used a wider angle lens. Maybe I should delete the tree! This is how I saw Corgarff Castle in May.

After this I headed as far as Kingussie where I had a light lunch and a stroll around the Highland Folk Museum. Luckily the rain held off during my visit to the museum as it is largely open air, and requires a bit of a walk.
