Serious Stuff

Tuesday, I took the morning off from work, and we went to the eye doctor to get her reading glasses re-fitted.  That was quick and easy.  Then we headed to the doctor's office for a Well Visit.  She was due for two shots.  This made her nervous as she hasn't had any shots since she was 5.  She did great though.  Very brave, and realized that it wasn't as bad as she feared.  We also talked with her doctor about the hives she gets when she takes a hot shower.  We decided to just watch it, and we can give her some allergy medicine before her shower if we want.  We have just turned the heat down.  It works.  We don't know how long this will last for her.  It can come and go throughout her life.  FUN!

We also talked to her doctor about something that has us a bit worried.  She has referred us to a specialist.  I will share more about it after we see the specialist, but if you are the praying type...or the positive thought type person....we could use some.  

After her appointment, we went to my work where a friend picked her up for the rest of the day, and I finished up work.  I drove out to their house, and had a little dinner, and a walk.....then Sugar and I ran home to get to bed early.  School starts tomorrow.  eeekkkkk......
