05.25am Performance

I just happened to catch this morning's grand performance : I waited to watch and see what developed.
For those of you who don't like collage ; sorry. I'm still getting to grips with this prog that I actually bought and ignored for ages cos I  found it so impenetrable !.  Perhaps, at last, the 'Balance Rhodiola Complex caps I'm taking are doing their job and balancing my HPA axis that's wobbled around for a lifetime, in that my patience is improving !!. Hope for old dogs eh!
