Meditative sunsets and...

...explosive celebrations

After the epic ultra in the extreme heat yesterday I had a day full of meditation, following the triathlon back home and feeling really proud to be Yorkshire's proud Greek Yorkshireman. And Yorkshire really is a place where so many magic and inspiring people come from.

The two bottom photos although taken yesterday they were screaming to be shared to show they way we celebrated the end of my epic adventure ultra in the sea, so I created this little collage to share the moments with you. Today we all had a very slow and relaxing day and as temperature was around 40C no other activity except kayaking and splashing in the sea. I am so glad I am packing some serious upper body strength and love it my body responds so fast to the training.

I will catch up with your comments tomorrow and go through your journals. I said I would not blip but I just quickly login to share some of the magic.

I can tell you, I will find it hard to come back to my English home...already thinking about it.

To more adventures now. I am going to a summer bar which is a converted old flour mill and I can already feel the vibrant energies there!!! I might even try to dance a bit...
