A boy and my dog

The younger Grandsprog loves Flossie to bits. Unfortunately due to family work schedules it's impossible to have their own hound at present. Consequently Floss gets loved and hugged to bits when the lads visit. 

The extra is our young gentlemen watching Scooby Doo while Grandpa gets showered and polished for the day ahead. Today we purchased their new gumshields, head guards and All Black rugby shirts ready for the new season - which starts Sunday with team registration, always a fun time as the yoofs (boys and girls) get back together, throw a ball around and have a giggle about the summer holidays. They all miss their weekend rugby.

For Grandpa today means the start of the Rugby season proper and fish and chips for tea!!! Add that to the joy of seeing their faces makes any day a good one.
