Getting Ahead

Weather was beautiful today, so Amanda, C and I went through to Jurassic Parr (a great pun), which is a newish crazy golf course near Clydebank in Glasgow.

The 18-hole course is pretty amazing and there are enormous dinosaurs, crashed cars and even a helicopter all over the place. There's a lovely waterfall too, but I resisted blipping that today.

These (pretend) skulls were in one of the caves and I presume were supposed to be people who weren't lucky enough to survive the dinosaurs.

Afterwards we had a lovely lunch in the cafe at World Of Golf and then went to hit some balls on the driving range. Poor Amanda got hit in the shoulder by a wayward ball from the guy next to us!

Then we resumed to Blossoms coffee shop at Torwood Garden Centre for coffee and cakes and to enjoy the sunshine at the end of the afternoon. All in all a great day.
