Vive La France

A couple of days ago I posted a shot of the fountains at the Promendade de Paillon which was a daytime shot showing children having great fun in the water. Today it is a night-time shot of the same place. Much quieter at 10pm at night but the fountains are not lit up in the French national colours.

I haven't seen the fountains lit up before so I am wondering if it's a memorial to those who were affected by the tragic events of 14th July.
