7 years since I last cycled, 8 years for R. And it's true, you never forget how to ride a bike...7 miles mainly uphill in sweltering 30 degree+ heat. But the beach and view we arrived at was gorgeous (wish I could add extra photos on blip). Hard cycle there but a fast and easy trip back
