Fields of Gold

Another lovely day in this corner of Mallorca! Amazingly we managed to tear ourselves away from the house & pool & go for a drive...we ended up by Palma, but the sheer amount of people put me off (maybe a winter visit would be better?), continued tootling whilst Asha snoozed, then ended up back in Llucmajor where it was market day! The streets were all lined with fascinating stalls...felt more Provençal than Spanish somehow... Ate a late lunch in the town square and then headed back 'home' for more pool time fun. So lovely to go out, but SO lovely to come back. Another sunset stroll with the cameras... Told Asha yesterday about the Golden Hour...she could see what I meant...the only problem is, she's now refusing to take photos at any other time of day!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A swim under the stars.
2) Lying in the warm afternoon sunshine, praying for various people and feeling grateful to be able to do so in such a beautiful place. 
3) A very happy Asha...i'm sure this holiday will leave her with many happy memories.
