Birthing twin lambs

We walked outside to do our afternoon jobs and saw a ewe delivering a lamb. We all sat quietly and watched her clean the lamb. Then watched the lamb take its first steps and try to find the udder. Then the ewe laid down to deliver a second lamb. I think the kids are lucky to see these things. Better than watching tv or surfing the net.
