Bridge over muddy waters

The tide was out when I walked over the Suspension Bridge this morning leaving banks of exposed mud at either side .... certainly not the River Clyde at its best.  No sunshine today so the reflections on the water were rather poor.  

Met L for a coffee and a bit of a shop crawl.  I had a book to take back to Waterstones ... imagine buying a book that you have already read!  I now have a gift card to use when Peter May's second Chinese Thriller, The Fourth Sacrifice, is reissued next week.  Then it was a visit to Remnant Kings for some material and our final visit was to a sports shop where L was looking for trousers .... success all round.
