Picnic Basket

I bought myself a picnic basket and took myself off for the afternoon to the Phoenix Park to try it out. Though a wet day I managed a pleasant spot in the woods by the quarry pond where a good amount of ducks joined me for afternoon nibbles.....

Designed for four, it was probably too big a basket to buy but I'm full of hope for the future that a smaller basket would have been inadequate and , hopefully, it will be used on pleasant days in the future out in the hills or on the beaches....just saying.
