It's not meant to have water in it at this time of year.

As some of you are aware I was going to be doing the Stevenson trail this summer. Unfortunately I slipped on the first day and injured my arm which prevented me from carrying a heave sack. It's been diagnosed as damaged tendons in my bicep on return and is still painful.

I'm hoping to catch up on getting my blips up to date in the next few days
