Tartiflette

Still very much in French mode, I thought I'd have a go at the French Savoyard classic, Tartiflette. Basically a cheesy potato bake. Mine was ok but I didn't put enough cheese in (500g) or enough double cream (300 ml) eeeek! It must really stick to your ribs if you put that lot in!! However, my body is still, and ever was....a temple!  : - )
