The Delay Saga
At last, a letter with a cheque from Easyjet, but not the amount we were expecting.
On 17 June CJ had the hassle of a cancelled flight from Bristol to Glasgow. He had to fork out for overnight accommodation and a train fare home the next day.
Claim for expenses and compensation lodged within a few days. We did get a refund on the cancelled flight fare quite quickly, but the rest of the claim has been very stressful. Loads of emails unanswered, calls lasting more than 45 mins, then nothing happens.
The amount we have been sent doesn't even cover the hotel and train fare. Not good Easyjet. Here goes with the next phone call.
Don't think we'll be keen to use them again.
