Colourful bed

After the busy and at times intense week at work it was good to do someting different today. So in the shops by 8am; garden by 9.15 digging out for the greenhouse base; took my wife to the hairdresser then off to the blind aunt then to North Berwick to visit my mother. Got home before 6pm.

Outside her front door is this bed of geraniums which seem to be left out all year. While there is the odd bit or frost/ snow, at most times the climate by the sea is more mild. However they are preserved they make for a good splash of colour.
