Contrast

Aren't the colors of nature fabulous? as compared with what humans can produce?

A single-shot blip while stopped for a traffic light let me capture some of the wonder of the contrast, though it's one time this iPhone photographer would have been better served by a real camera. The hue of the tree and the hue of the building were much more alike than can be seen here. I faffed the best I could.

I'm reminded of a corner of Campus Drive where the flowering of a white pear tree in front of a white frame house made me gasp every spring at the richness and liveliness of the white blossoms.
