It's been a while since I seen an entire college (American) football game on television but I happened to enjoy it. Thanks to a special tracher that came to our office during lunch time on Friday to talk about the reason why football is so important in Alabama.

Head coach unhappy especially with the offense but the freshman quarter back seemed to have done well. Defense impressive.

Ran 2 laps in Central Park which makes roughly 20km or 12.5 miles. Cool temperachure and nice run.
