Luscious

A bit of a silly blip I know, but as the abundance of juice and the lovely textures of these segments burst with flavour in my mouth, I began wondering how I could go about presenting a pic that would convey this personal experience.  Well fruit, flowers, nature in general all have their own beauty, so I decided to have a go.  This is an Afourer mandarin, grown in Australia, although it originated in Morocco from a chance seedling. It is particularly delightful because it has few seeds.  It is also called Murcott and Nadorcott, depending which country you are in.
I was very undecided about posting this, but why not? It's Sunday, so I can be a bit laid back about it, can't I?
