Noble Noo - Prince of Crocs

ZQ resumed rugby training today, and GravyC went out for an early bike ride. Meanwhile, after listening to Noo cough all night, I gave up on all hopes of a lay in. He and I had a lazy morning before heading out to Lewes Castle - our 3rd visit this year (a ticket lasts for a whole year!!) Noo and GravyC dropped me and my bike off at Glynde and I cycled home. I'm pretty sure it's uphill all the way! I might go for a run now to escape the torture football on TV.........or rather ZQ's angry commentary :-/
