West Coast Lady

We were out at Coyote Springs golf course today, about 1 1/2 hours north of Las Vegas. It was quite windy, but the purple sage was buzzing with bees and this Vanessa Annabella was fighting to stay on the blossom. She looks like she has had a pretty hard summer. Her wings are pretty ragged.

The jack rabbits are HUGE out there. I turned around and saw one crossing the fairway and thought it was a coyote! We didn't see any of those.

We girls beat the guys on the last hole. One of my better rounds in quite a while.

I am grateful to shoot pictures while enjoying a round of golf with friends.
