Chestnut Soup

Each Christmas, daughter Hannah and I make chestnut soup for the holiday period. It's a task and a half.... shelling 2kg of chestnuts is not for the faint hearted.

Task completed. Maybe next year we go for the already peeled nuts, then again, have said that for the last x years!
