Beyond and above, and in Frankfurt.

Late morning and Caitlin, Robin and I went to see 'Star Trek Beyond'.  I enjoyed it just as much as I did when I saw it in July. The metaphoric, often prophetic philosophies wrapped in the inspirational comments of Captain James T, true leader of men, with all the subtle and not so subtle sub-texts of these brave, beautiful, idiosyncratic men and women of the multiverses going boldly, reaching out to worlds beyond, armed only with camaraderie, allegiance and gadgets - who remind us, for two and a half hours at least,  that there's more in heaven and earth than is dreamt of in our philosophy.....

Meanwhile, back on earth...
This evening was great fun for Robin and me as we skyped Ron and Yuki, now living in Frankfurt - and of course, sweet baby Aya, just ten months old last week.  Miss her. With no transporters currently available, some C21st technology, had to suffice.
