Crantock Beach

After yesterday's exersions - I think I might have cracked a rib - today was a much more sedate affair.

I picked Amy & Oliver up from Newquay airport, slightly later than planned due to a delayed flight, and we then had lunch at The Albion Inn in Crantock before wandering across the vast expanse of Crantock Beach to get to the sea.

The 'kids' and Alfie then went back to the cottage while Isobel and I climbed up the side of the gorge to The Cafe for a cup of tea and a cake.

Freya & Joe are cooking curry tonight!!!!
