Before the rain

The weather wasn't too bad this morning .... so we went out to tidy up in the garden before it started raining.

There were a few butterflies about ...... including this Red Admiral ....... so blip sorted! :-)

Sure enough it started raining just as we were finishing off ..... so although we got a wee bit damp it wasn't too bad.

Went to Mum's this afternoon ...... she's doing really well considering .... looking a lot better & brighter :-)

However we found out when we got home that Mum-in-law had fallen & broken her hip ...... it happened last Thursday but nobody had let us know! That's the trouble with living quite a distance away. She's doing okay ....... had the operation & is progressing well ..... so fingers crossed!
