Beetroot?

Beetroot and lamb curry - not something you find on the shelves of the supermarket or on the local takeaway's menu. I didn't make it - went for a slow cooked ratatouille instead (due to a complete absence of beetroot).

Most of today was spent wrestling with a grant application form. It needs to be submitted on Wednesday, so no time like the present.
