Eggs

Our chickens are laying profusely again! They went off the lay for what seemed like ages this winter (maybe making up for last year when they hardly stopped at all!). I had to buy eggs 2 or 3 times and learn to ration our egg usage (I think it's a good reminder of seasonality when we make do without) but are happy to report that we shouldn't have to buy eggs again until next winter! Thanks girls!
