The Swan at Bowes Museum.
This automaton was made of over 30 pounds of solid silver in Britain in the 1700's. It waves its head around then snaps up a fish and swallows it down. It is an amazing thing for the time. The whole event takes about 25 seconds. Automatons were very popular for the Chinese market then but their popularity waned and the swan was sold off cheaply. It toured for about 100 years before being bought by John and Josephine Bowes, who founded the museum in the 1800's. Unfortunately they both died before the museum was opened.
