Rest Awhile and Relax.

I'm not sure what came first, lack of use or lack of maintenance - but I think I will find an alternative.

BT update:
Engineer came and worked outside - declared nothing wrong with the lines and the signal coming down them was as fast as expected.  There was nothing more he could do.
Speeds at my computer fluctuate between 16 Mbps and 1 Mbps.  Looks like best of three falls with BT Customer Relations tomorrow.
