'BON' SCOTT

The weather was a bit dull and dreich this morning so when I met up with my fellow Harley-Davidson Pensioners, we decided to follow the weather forecasters advice and headed northeast to Kirriemuir. This is where we found 'Bon' Scott's statue and the inscription reads as follows:
RONALD BELFORD ‘BON’ SCOTT
1946-1980
The young lad from Kirriemuir who grew up to be the greatest rock ’n’ roll singer of all time with the legendary rock band AC/DC.

As you can see, the weather cleared up beautifully and we enjoyed lovely sunshine and scenery most of the day!
